North American Securities Administrators Association

The North American Securities Administrators Association (NASAA) is made up of securities regulators from Canada, the U.S. and Mexico. You can find investor resources and tips for keeping yourself safe from investment fraud on their website.

SEDAR+

SEDAR+ is used to file, disclose and search for information about Canada's capital markets. You can use this online platform to research, make investments decisions, and check any documents filled by a securities issuer. It's available to 24/7 and combines multiple systems and databases.

National Registration Database (NRD)

National Registration Database (NRD) allows dealers and advisers to file registration forms electronically. Securities industry professionals are required to register with the securities regulator in each province or territory where they do business. Securities regulators will only register firms and individuals if they are properly qualified. Use the National Registration Search to check if an individual or firm is registered.
